OUR PHILOSOPHY

At AGRC, we believe that when done properly, care is redefined. It is not limited to a setting, a service code, or a specific structure. Respite is any high-quality, supported time spent away from your loved one — when that time is built on trust, safety, relationship, and meaningful engagement.

Whether through a boutique Saturday outing, a structured retreat experience, Special Olympics participation or a carefully designed caregiver connection portal, respite becomes restoration. We exist to make that restoration possible — intentionally, relationally, and responsibly.

It also helps us maintain our signature small-group setting, which is essential to providing the high-quality, attentive care AGRC is known for.

By becoming a member, families are joining a community rooted in trust, inclusion, and meaningful connection.

How do I become a member of AGRC?

The first step to becoming a member of AGRC is to schedule a consultation with our Director. This one-on-one meeting gives us a chance to learn about your family, understand your loved one’s unique needs, and explore how our programs can provide the best support.

You can book your consultation directly through our website or reach out via phone, email, or social media. We’re here to make every step of the journey smooth, supportive, and welcoming from the start.

Is there a membership fee?

Yes, AGRC does have an annual membership fee. This fee helps support the quality, consistency, and personalized nature of the services we provide.

Your membership allows us to maintain small group sizes, connect you to our network of professional and trustworthy caregivers, and create boutique-style experiences tailored to each individual. It also ensures that families receive priority access to programs, exclusive member benefits, and ongoing support.

We’re committed to making every dollar count toward creating a safe, joyful, and enriching experience for your loved one — and peace of mind for you.

Is financial support available, and do you accept state funding?

We understand that quality care can be a meaningful investment, and we never want cost to be a barrier for families in need.  Yes. AGRC is committed to making our programs accessible and affordable for families.

Aside from private pay or other accepted forms of direct payment, we accept several forms of state funding, including:

1. NOW/COMP Waivers

2. Family Support Funding

In addition, we partner with our nonprofit arm, Autumn’s Gift Foundation, to provide financial assistance for qualifying families. Support may be available through grants, donations, or community-based funding to help offset the cost of membership or programs.

If you’d like to explore these options, we encourage you to mention it during your consultation or contact us directly. We’re here to walk alongside you and make sure cost doesn’t stand in the way of exceptional care.

Can I support AGRC even if I'm not a member?

Absolutely! You don’t have to be a member to make a meaningful difference at AGRC.

Here are a few impactful ways you can support our mission:

1. Follow and share our journey on social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)

2. Make a donation to Autumn's Gift Foundation to help expand access to care (AGRC Donation Page and through our Fidelity Charitable Account)
